Inputs and outputs may be processed to deliver the requested feature, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, improve quality, or comply with applicable obligations. We aim to minimize personal data in these tools and encourage users to anonymize project descriptions where possible.
8. Payments, subscriptions, and billing data
If you purchase paid access, payment and billing may be handled by third-party payment processors or commerce providers. PM Nexus does not need to store full card details if payment processing is handled by an external provider.
We may receive limited billing information such as payment status, plan type, transaction identifiers, invoice details, VAT or tax information, billing name, billing email, and subscription status for accounting, access management, and support.
