1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using PM Nexus, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, application, content, tools, or services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, free users, registered users, paid users, team users, and organizational customers, unless a separate written agreement applies.
2. What PM Nexus provides
PM Nexus provides visual learning resources, process maps, ITTO-related explanations, scenario practice, PDU tracking features, progress dashboards, and project decision-support tools for project management learning and practical application.
- Explore: free access to selected content, including the interactive map and sample experiences.
- Learning: free-account access to a broader learning layer, including process pages and selected practice features.
- PRO: paid access to advanced features such as ITTO Explorer, scenario libraries, tailoring support, risk identification, decision replay, progress tracking, and related tools.
- Teams or Enterprise: access for organizations, training companies, academies, or PMOs under agreed terms.
Feature names, availability, limits, and access levels may change as the platform evolves.
3. Accounts and user responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it when needed.
You must not share paid access, resell your account, bypass access controls, or allow unauthorized users to use your account. PM Nexus may suspend access if misuse, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized sharing is suspected.
4. Plans, payments, subscriptions, and taxes
Some PM Nexus features are free. Other features may require payment, subscription, team licensing, or a custom commercial agreement.
- Prices may be shown excluding VAT or other applicable taxes.
- Paid access may be billed annually, monthly, or under another billing arrangement displayed at checkout or agreed in writing.
- Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in advance for the selected access period.
- PM Nexus may update pricing, plan names, included features, or commercial terms. Changes will not reduce an already-paid access period unless required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the purchase channel, applicable consumer protection rules, and the specific offer. For refund requests, contact office@pmnexus.io with your order details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PM Nexus in a way that harms the platform, other users, or third parties. You must not:
- copy, scrape, crawl, extract, or mass-download content without permission;
- reverse engineer, bypass paywalls, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access;
- upload malicious code, spam, or content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing;
- use PM Nexus outputs as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions without professional review;
- misrepresent PM Nexus as being affiliated with or endorsed by PMI or any third-party certification body.
6. Intellectual property and content rights
PM Nexus, including its design, learning structure, maps, explanations, examples, scenarios, user interface, software, trademarks, logos, and original content, is owned by PM Nexus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the platform for your personal learning, professional development, or authorized organizational use. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publicly display, or create competing materials from PM Nexus content without written permission.
Your inputs
If you enter project descriptions, scenarios, prompts, or other information into PM Nexus, you confirm that you have the right to provide that information. You should not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party proprietary information unless you are authorized to do so.
7. AI-assisted and decision-support tools
PM Nexus may include AI-assisted features such as tailoring suggestions, risk identification, decision replay, scenario feedback, and similar tools. These outputs are educational and advisory. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your exact context.
You remain responsible for decisions. Always apply your professional judgment, organizational policies, stakeholder expectations, legal requirements, and project governance standards before acting on any PM Nexus output.
PM Nexus does not guarantee project outcomes, certification results, PDU approval, audit acceptance, risk avoidance, or decision accuracy.
8. Availability, updates, and changes
PM Nexus aims to provide a reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed. The platform may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues, security reasons, third-party service outages, or circumstances outside our control.
We may add, remove, rename, redesign, or modify features, content, pricing, plans, or access rules to improve the product, maintain security, comply with law, or support operational needs.
9. Educational disclaimer and third-party marks
PM Nexus is provided for learning, professional development, and decision-support purposes. It is not a substitute for official standards, formal certification requirements, legal advice, financial advice, procurement advice, or your organization’s governance procedures.
PM Nexus is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Project Management Institute, Inc. PMI®, PMP®, CAPM®, PgMP®, PMI-ACP®, PMBOK®, and PMBOK® Guide are marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PM Nexus and its owners, operators, contributors, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the PM Nexus service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorized access, fail to pay applicable fees, or create risk for PM Nexus or other users.
You may stop using PM Nexus at any time. Termination does not remove obligations that should reasonably survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property restrictions, disclaimers, and liability limits.
12. Changes to these Terms and applicable law
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of PM Nexus after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the applicable laws governing the operator of PM Nexus, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
